Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced accounting professional to assist in preparing the financial statements, reviewing coding on Corporate A/P invoices, administering corporate programs, and supporting treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Accounting
    • Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
    • Reconcile bank and debt accounts.
    • Work with divisional counterparts on a day-to-day basis.
    • Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses and accruals.
    • Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules.
    • Compare Corporate balance sheet and income statement against prior year and budget and explain differences.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Update notes to the consolidated financial statements.
    • Review coding on accounts payable invoices.
    • Oversee Corporate credit card program.

Requirements

  • Business Undergraduate Degree & CPA designation or currently pursuing CPA.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Capital market products such as loan syndication, currency hedge, and interest rate swap.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, in both written and oral communication.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong computer skills including ERP (IFS experience is preferred), Oracle HFM/FCCS/EPM, and Excel with some knowledge of MS Office.
