Job Summary

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to staff and students, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
