About the Role

N-able is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical advice and guidance to assigned partners, ensuring they are realizing the value of their investment in N-able products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance throughout the customer journey, managing customer requirements and ensuring seamless product adoption.
  • Conduct account reviews and Q&A sessions, focusing on N-Able's strengths and capabilities to derive value from products.
  • Perform competitive analyses and market research to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
  • Work with partners to assess and address technical requirements, increasing feature consumption and adoption.
  • Offer design and configuration best practices when deploying N-Able Disaster Recovery products to their networks.
  • Exercise problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution with our champions.
  • Deliver product training to both partners and support teams.
  • Assist partners with product migrations and standardizations, as well as working with APIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery tools and processes.
  • Experience supporting backup tools, continuity planning, virtualization, and OS, cloud, or on-prem backup tools.
  • Previous experience working for or with an MSP, sold to an MSP.
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementation skills, allowing the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, quickly growing environment, exercising nimble and autonomy.
  • Potential to travel up to 5-10% of the time, once it is safe to do so.
