Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical guidance to assigned partners, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.
  • Manage customer requirements and provide technical assistance throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop and deliver product training to both partners and support teams.
  • Assist partners with product migrations and standardizations, as well as working with APIs.
  • Exercise problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution with our champions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a technical role.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools and processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations and onsite training engagements.
