Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Establish work schedules, promoting a healthy work-life balance and minimizing staff turnover.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
