Food Service Team Lead

At Guangzhou Garden, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service
- 1-6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead by example
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
