Food Service Team Lead

Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
