Environmental Market Leader - Ontario Region

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Environmental Market in Ontario, driving growth, innovation, and sustainability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a market growth strategy, focusing on profitable and sustainable growth of our Environment business in Ontario.
  • Collaborate with the Environment Business Group Leaders, Client Relationship Managers, and Service Line Leaders to drive market development and innovation.
  • Lead the development of strategic offerings and proposals to support growth and diversification of the Environment market.
  • Manage and mitigate risks within the Ontario Environment Market, ensuring alignment with GHD's overall strategy and vision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer, Professional Geoscientist, Professional Biologist, Environmental Planner, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience leading an environmental business, with a proven track record of market growth and development.
  • Strong business acumen, commercial skills, and exceptional client experience skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Agile self-starter with a proactive, strategic, and creative approach.
