- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access, and Windows.
