We are a dynamic retail business seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment maintenance and supply management
  • Monitor and evaluate office procedures to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
