Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Management in delivering company objectives and initiatives
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales budgets
  • Lead the sales team to achieve key performance indicators
  • Coach and develop sales associates to use fundamental selling skills
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided in the store
  • Promote company campaigns and brand awareness
  • Process customer purchases quickly and accurately
  • Coach and provide feedback to sales associates on productivity measures
  • Assist with managing contests, promotions, and events
  • Recruit and develop sales associates
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales budgets through motivation and coaching
  • Plan and implement visual merchandising and store layouts
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented store
  • Prepare store schedules as required

Requirements

  • 1-2 years retail/customer service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel
  • Proven ability to attain or exceed sales goals
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to reach sales goals
  • Passion for fashion and ability to build outfits for customers
  • Demonstrates initiative and works well with a productive team
  • Flexible and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to adapt to customer and store team needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with confidence
