Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Front Line Work Force Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Community disability studies Certificate, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Our work environment is non-smoking, and we require our employees to be punctual, reliable, and able to work a variety of shifts, including on-call work.
