Essential Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial, but we are willing to develop and mentor the right candidates for success in this role
  • Familiarity with warranty claim submissions is preferred
  • A valid BC Driver's License is mandatory
  • Knowledge of dealership computer systems is an asset
  • Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge

Work Environment

  • Sales environment with a professional dress code
  • Some outdoor work may be required for maintenance services
