About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge, with a focus on automotive features and benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
