Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Halifax Tower Hotel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.

Site Inspections

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.

Service Coordination

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including arranging for additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement as needed.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, with a willingness to train and develop new skills.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
