About the Role

Pioneer Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: The ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is required.
