About the Role

Pioneer Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Representative. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling, with the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
