About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
