About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Immigration Services team at Your Immigration Company - YIC Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our immigration programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement comprehensive immigration programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and other organizations to advance our mission and goals.
    • Contribute to the development of our organization's overall strategy and direction.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the development and management of budgets and financial plans to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the immigration or related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
