HUB International Insurance Brokers is a leading insurance brokerage firm with a strong presence in the industry. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Enablement & Marketing Administrator.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support for our sales development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales leaders to create sales reports, dashboards, and other visual aids to help drive business growth. Additionally, the candidate will assist with data uploads, cleanup, and management in our CRM system, as well as provide onboarding training and assistance to users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations
- Support sales development initiatives for the GVRD region
- Provide onboarding training and assistance for users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Help manage and track sales opportunities/pipeline in our CRM system
- Assist with data uploads to, and cleanup of, our CRM system
- Create sales reports and dashboards using data from our CRM system
- Work with our Sales Leaders on Critical Path meetings to review top client accounts
- Work with our Marketing & Communications team to create sales visuals, bulletins, email campaigns, and other collateral
- Help set up surveys for internal and external audiences
- Assist with corporate writing and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
- Help maintain our internal company sales collateral platform
- Assign sales leads as required
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative position, or equivalent educational experience
- Experience with the full suite of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
- High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change
- Excellent analytical skills
- A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Experience using a Sales CRM (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Marketing and copywriting skills
- Previous sales experience
