Position Overview: Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our gas station. This position requires a high school diploma and offers an opportunity for individuals with up to 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Delegation: Assign daily responsibilities to sales staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and train new employees to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Payment Approval: Manage and authorize payments made by cheque.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee merchandise orders and returns to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff to optimize productivity.
  • Sales Transactions: Facilitate and process sales transactions accurately.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports related to sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Staff Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide oversight for a small team, typically consisting of 1 to 2 staff members.
