About the Role

Pitts Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Material Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Planning and Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various locations.
