Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Material Requisition and Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
