Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor in Supply Chain Management to join our team at the Business Schools Association of Canada (BSAC). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Supply Chain Management, as well as conducting research and contributing to the development of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop courses in Supply Chain Management, including lectures, seminars, and workshops
  • Conduct research in Supply Chain Management and publish in reputable academic journals
  • Develop and maintain a strong research agenda, including securing funding and collaborating with industry partners
  • Contribute to the development of our academic programs, including curriculum design and program evaluation
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including advising and supervising research projects
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Strong research and teaching record, including publications and teaching awards
  • Experience in curriculum design and program evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industry or consulting in Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of business analytics and data science
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds
