Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
