Job Title: Senior Compliance Business Oversight Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Business Oversight Analyst to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and oversight to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Provide expert-level guidance and oversight to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and Testing: Coordinate and lead the annual monitoring and testing planning process and monitor its ongoing progress.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct skilled analytical research and analysis as part of monitoring and testing engagements and present objective and independent opinions on the adequacy of compliance processes and controls.
  • Issue Validation: Proactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation, or review, and liaise with the appropriate groups to resolve.
  • Compliance Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate compliance policies, processes, and controls for continued alignment to the Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management Framework.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with Compliance and business management and external business partners to respond to regulatory requests, findings, audits, and/or examinations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
  • Experience: Experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or AML, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand regulatory requirements and apply that knowledge to business-specific scenarios.
