About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
