About the Role

Xpera is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accident Benefits Insurance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our insurance claims team, you will play a critical role in supporting our adjusters and branch office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and insured parties
  • Set up and prepare new claims assignments for internal adjusters, adhering to predetermined KPIs and client guidelines
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our internal claims management software
  • Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Process client invoicing and prepare files for closure
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the district/branch manager, assistant branch manager, and property supervisor as needed
  • Coordinate appointments and handle incoming/outgoing phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to qualify for an Adjuster's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
  • Previous experience in a dynamic team environment, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
