Job Title: Licensed Insurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the adjusting team and branch office with administrative tasks
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients and insured parties
  • Set up and prepare new claims assignments for internal adjusters
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within our claims management software
  • Send client acknowledgements, confirmations, and correspondences
  • Transcribe data from source documents and reports
  • Process client invoicing and prepare files for closure
  • Provide administrative support to the district/branch manager and assistant branch manager
  • Coordinate appointments and answer phone inquiries
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
  • Qualify for Adjuster's license - must be willing to take courses and obtain license in the future
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Onedrive)
