Administrative Support Specialist

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist at Signature Doors & Glass Ltd involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring smooth office operations.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Manage and confirm appointments effectively.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Highly organized with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A quick learner who adapts to new tasks efficiently.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
