About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at National Medical Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Medical Equipment: Help with the cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling of medical equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Patient Care and Comfort: Perform various tasks to promote patient comfort and well-being, including taking vital signs and delivering messages and reports between departments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies to ensure that our medical facilities are well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as making beds and maintaining patient rooms, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
