Key Responsibilities- Schedule, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Participate in weekly credit meetings to ensure timely payments and customer account management.
- Monitor team performance, evaluate customer relationships, and implement actionable plans to address gaps and needs.
- Communicate goals and objectives to the team and ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are met.
- 3+ years of management experience in sales, preferably in the windows and doors or building materials industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
