Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre. As the chief operating officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective and fiscally responsible operating model for the centre, balancing between performances of regional, national, and international arts groups, festivals, and outdoor events.
Key Responsibilities:- General operations and financial management
- Programming and strategy implementation
- General administration and revenue generation
- Community liaison and partnerships
- Staff management and development
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading performing arts venues
- University degree in arts and/or business management or equivalent experience
- Excellent financial and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership in human resources management, community partnerships, and fund-raising
