Position Overview

The Lead Specialist in Client Success Operations will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring optimal utilization of our advanced Manpower solutions. This position is based in our Montreal office and reports directly to the Customer Success Service Management manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in maximizing the benefits of our crew planning software.
  • Proactively inform clients about new features that can aid in achieving their workforce goals.
  • Engage with both customers and internal stakeholders, including executives, to ensure that the solutions developed meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks, including software configuration adjustments.

Implementation and Collaboration

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be involved in the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation and business assessment to the deployment of solutions in the customer’s operational environment. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that customer expectations are met regarding solution implementation and issue resolution.

Performance Improvement

Enhance crew efficiency through strategic training and resource allocation decisions. You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and evaluating various scenarios based on key performance indicators.
  • Utilizing your analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret data, leading to actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 9 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with data integration, database configuration, and XML extensions.
  • The ability to read and understand Python code or similar programming languages.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
