Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive growth and development
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
