About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Rana Development Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with spreadsheet software and social media platforms.

    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
