**Key Responsibilities:**
* Hire and train staff to meet business needs
* Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal store performance
* Sell merchandise and promote products to customers

**Support for Newcomers and Refugees:**
* Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster
**Support for Youth:**
* Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
**Requirements:**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
