About the Role
N-able is seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical advice and guidance to our partners, ensuring they are realizing the value of their investment in N-able products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance throughout the customer journey, managing customer requirements and delivering product training to both partners and support teams.
- Work with partners to assess and address technical requirements, increase feature consumption and adoption, and exercise problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Perform competitive analyses and market research to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
- Offer design and configuration best practices when deploying N-able Disaster Recovery products to partner networks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical role, with a focus on backup and disaster recovery tools and processes.
- Experience supporting backup tools, continuity planning, virtualization, and OS, cloud or on-prem backup tools.
- Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementation skills, allowing the successful completion of projects by specific due dates.
