We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, painters and decorators, plasterers, roofers, and trades helpers.
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment with a reputable company.
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
- English as the primary language of communication.
