Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of supply and equipment distribution across various locations. This position is integral to optimizing warehouse usage and managing satellite storage effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing receiving operations, coordinating assembly processes, ensuring quality control, and managing documentation for the placement of goods, furniture, fixtures, and equipment ("FF&E") at designated sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor healthcare redevelopment project timelines and manage the status of incoming deliveries.
  • Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of goods in alignment with project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies during all logistics operations.
  • Participate in team meetings to align logistics activities with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Logistics and Warehousing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Client Management Databases.
  • Experience in a healthcare or construction environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Physical capability to handle equipment and supplies as needed.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel to various locations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing project demands. The Logistics Coordinator will work independently in dynamic environments, ensuring that all logistics functions align with organizational standards and project requirements.
