Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will oversee the strategic planning and execution of institutional events. This includes:

  • Managing event logistics and bookings

  • Conducting evaluations and providing recommendations for future events
Collaboration

Under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Communications, the Event Coordination Specialist will collaborate with the Event Management team to:

  • Ensure the successful execution of strategic events
  • Enhance the brand experience for all clients, both internal and external
  • Increase brand value and awareness while enriching the Cape Breton University experience

This position plays a crucial role in elevating the quality and impact of events at Cape Breton University.
