The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gym Monitor. As a Gym Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the gym facilities are well-maintained and properly supervised. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service to our members, ensuring their safety, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise gym facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to member inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure gym equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote member engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
  • Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
  • Experience in cash handling and client-focused environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Language Requirements

  • English essential; Bilingual (English and French) an asset
