About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of agricultural and construction equipment dealerships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of dealerships, providing technical support and sales guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the parts, service, and administration departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to customers and dealers.
  • Travel internationally for training and product launches, as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in machinery sales, preferably in the agricultural or construction industry.
  • High school graduate, college/university education, or trade certification preferred.
  • Valid Alberta driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
