About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner, Heavy Duty to join our team at Concept Plastics Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Weather Conditions: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure a safe working environment.
