Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and implement industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
  • Operate a range of cleaning equipment, including auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, and floor burnishing machines
  • Lift and move furniture and equipment to complete cleaning and floor maintenance tasks
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform high-level cleaning tasks that require the use of ladders or scaffolding

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to new situations
  • Physical fitness to complete job duties, including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Police Background Check and G Class Driver's Licence

Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 51 lbs
  • Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
  • Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, and carry, climb stairs
  • Operate equipment when required
