Senior Business Analyst and Product Lead - MortgageHub

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst and Product Lead to join our team at TAO Solutions Inc. as part of our MortgageHub product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and internal development teams to deliver core MortgageHub product enhancements.
  • Lead client status calls, tracking open bugs and product backlog items.
  • Provide client training in requested/approved topics.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure product enhancements are well documented and accessible.
  • Lead discussions with senior management regarding product feature pipelines.
  • Work with resource management and senior leadership to align feature development with product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in managing all aspects of client service delivery.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and draft formal specifications for software development.

Quality Assurance:

  • Support QA with regression testing cycles.
  • Work with QA to lead regression testing cycles, taking ownership of GA release timelines.
