Our Burlington office is currently seeking a full-time Intermediate Staff Accountant - US Taxation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our US Tax group and work closely with our clients. If you have prior experience in Public Accounting, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our US Tax group and participate in client management initiatives
  • Provide technical project management support on U.S. Personal and Corporate Tax projects
  • Research and interpret tax legislation, formulate solutions, and provide recommendations
  • Identify and report significant issues or findings to the Manager or Tax Partner, and discuss matters with the Assurance Partner as needed
  • Act as a coach to US tax staff, providing support and development opportunities
  • Prepare all types of US tax returns
  • Assist other offices of the Firm as required
Requirements
  • A willingness to learn the US tax system and tax return preparation
  • Prior experience in Public Accounting is considered an asset
