About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Remarcable Inc. in Canada. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, assisting with the integration of our cloud-based platform with various contractors and suppliers in the distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Support: Assist Customer Success and Supplier Integration Managers in integrating Remarcable with various contractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of data.
  • EDI/API Troubleshooting: Set up and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations to resolve issues and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Customer Support: Interact and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • System Knowledge: Gain an understanding of common distribution ERP and accounting systems to assist in client integrations and support.
  • Integration Updates: Update and improve integrations with existing trading partners to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Create/edit technical documentation for the use of clients to ensure clear understanding of our platform.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: Experience with electronic integrations between different software and database systems, including EDI, API, Punchout, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction or distribution industries, or a willingness to learn.
  • Problem-Solving: Inherent curiosity and desire to dig deep to solve complex problems.
  • Client Focus: Client service mentality with the ability to collaborate openly with other teams.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
