About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bean Brewers Inc. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers, taking into account food trends, seasonal ingredients, and nutritional considerations.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of cooks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Food Safety and Quality

Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education and Certifications

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a Safe Food Handling certificate is an asset.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
