Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our organization in a leadership role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights for our retail channel, collaborating with retail leadership, and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business improvement.
  • Monitor retail store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • 7-10 years of financial planning experience in retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations.
  • Experience in leadership and team development.
